Welcome to the Border Jumper 30 pack Marathon hosted by Tanya's Gridiron.

The Border Jumpers have decided to host a 30 pack marathon to celebrate G's Birthday. For those who don't know, it is an endurance event. A measure of intestinal fortitude where your legs will be fighting against your liver to determine who will come out ahead....Head who said...........You will drink a beer and run/walk a lap of .873 miles (1400m). Then do it all over again. Not once, or ten times, but 30 TIMES!!!!!! The event starts at 12pm at Tanya's Gridiron at 4620 Dyer St, here in Sunny El Paso and will go on till last call if needed. No rush to finish laps, though 10 hours is the given time to complete it successfully. Your event rego pays for a t-shirt, and the beer you drink while doing the marathon. So bring extra money to pay for drinks after you are done with the event. While resting in an air conditioned environment, all paid participants will also be provided a guaranteed catered lunch. A local Mexican fare. All for $25.  Any profits made will be donated to the Humane Society.  You are also welcomed to run with your pet, but are not allowed to take your pet inside the building.
